I will dance Cha-Cha
The Cha-Cha Advocacy commissioners have reached Holy Cross of Davao College to state the real meaning of Cha-Cha, its significance, benefits of having a Parliamentary Form of Government. From 2pm to 5pm our AVR was filled with claps, shouts and ahhhss.. after the speakers eplained everything. Aside from no class because its a mandatory for us to participate,I have come to a right decision to go for cha-cha. The space here in my blog is not enough to explain evreything about this CHANGE that is grilled now in the Legislative body. We are filipinos really need this change. We have to change some provisions in our constitution to have solution to the crisis that we are facing. -------------------------------
In parliamentary, the powers will be singled and enjoyed by a certain region, where people will be able to see their taxes in the form of projects. In presidential form, all taxes all over the country will be submitted to manila and 30 % of it is only the share of LGU (Local Gov't Unit) But in Parliamentary, 80-90% will be go to each region. The bigger money the better!

The proposals are, CNN,BBC and other international network will be allowed to put up their station in each region. The benefit is they will be getting man power to a particular region,thus, the employment will increase.2nd, University of London, Harvard school and other bigatin college schools will be invited to put up anywhere in the region to have an easy access to those who dream to study outside. Isn't it amazing? -

The problem is a lot of filipinos who are clueless with cha-cha and its benefits. They are easily contaminated or poisoned by these oppositions who even themseleve know that Parliamentary form of gov't is the answer to our solution. Look Malaysia, Korea, Singapore, are they suffering?I go for cha-cha. Let us support peoples initiative as plebescite. Sana napakinggan mo yung side nung anti chacha kung bakit ayaw nila jan.. in the first place ang peoples iniative ay unconstitutional talaga. kaya nga sya nabasura sa Supreme court eh.. (at syempre di nila sasabihin yun.. ano sila sira?) FYI lang ah: pag naging parliamentary tayo ang judiciary ay magiging under ng executive at legislativ (indi na sya independent body)so wala ng magmomonitor sa mga katiwaliaan ng dalawang iyon.. Mganda ang Chacha pero ndi muna sa ngayon.. dapat maganda ang ating economy kung magpapalit tayo ng saligang batas at uri ng gobyerno..
