Charice's mother, Raquel Pempengco said she was once a lesbian.On a national TV,  she added that her sexual preference changed after he met the father of her children. She is still hoping now that Charice would realize the same thing soon.

Mommy Raquel reacted on the new look projected by Charice now after she revealed that she is a lesbian. She didn't like how Charice repackaged herself pointing out that the international singer could have maintained her girly look just for the sake of her career. Raquel added that Charice does not need to reflect her new sexual taste to her image.

The international singer Charice revealed also that she has a special affair with another woman named Alyssa Quijano, an XFACTOR finalist. It was reported that the two have eloped leaving her mother and brother. On the other hand Charice said in an interview with The Buzz , that she had to leave because for her , it was the only right thing to do in a situation like this.

In an interview, Mommy Raquel stressed out that she does not like Alyssa for she knows what kind of girl Alyssa is. She also added that she might tolerate Charice first reported girlfriend, her handler in the US but not Alyssa.

Mothers of rising celebrities also own the portion of their children's popularity. Sometimes [ or all times] , a single tweet from them excites entertainment media to make a story out of it. Mothers know best. Sometimes, the mothers are even more popular than their star kids.

Sarah Geronimo was struggling to handle the issues before thrown to her 'stage mother'. It was a battle against her own mom and her own heart. Her crying scene on her Sarah G Live program manifested her love to Gerald Anderson but it didn't push through. Mothers know best.

Mothers should know what is the best for their celebrity children NOT for themselves. Mommy Raquel  refused to believe that her daughter had changed. Her Justin-Bieber-Daniel-Padilla-Hair look bothers Mommy R so much ignoring the internal factor of Charice revelation. Charice might be able to pass all of these judgmental acts of her fans and her family but she/he must be in great depression now. Showing off the real you might be simple externally but internally and psychology it must be disturbing and stressful. Her mind must be full of thoughts now as to how will she repackage her image in the music scene. Will the majority of her fans worldwide would still listen her future songs?  Let's face it, face in the singing industry matters a lot. It can be used against you even how amazing your voice is.

Mommy R should be sensitive enough when comparing Alyssa and the other girl. Filipinos fight hard and usually hear the beat of their hearts than listening to the sermon of their own family.
