THOR: Loki as a brother and a king
It seems that there is still kindness left in the heart of Loki. The idea of collaborating Loki and Thor to protect Ashgard and avenge the death of their mother touches the viewers heart. So human.
The second part of THOR is still technically amazing and I still love the effects of Thor and his
hammer.Fanatics of sci-fi films would love this craft even more as another antagonist from the dark world is introduced drawing threat to both Ashgard and Earth.
Lots of 'telerportations' and disintegration magic. If you have seen the film JUMPER, you will see the same awesomeness here.
The new pool of powerful invaders also introduce their own version of mass destruction that entertains.
A threat that prompted Thor to trust his brother prisoner Loki once again but promises to kill him if he betrays. TRUST is a big issue on this film that holds me to pay attention on Loki as Thor seems to be blinded with the need to protect his lover Jane who plays a significant role in baiting their foes. For all the girls in the world, why Jane? That idea is lame for me. Too much people in the capsule to play important parts.
What delights me with this film is the sense of brotherhood in the name of their mother. Even though Loki has immeasurable jealous over Thor, as an adopted and the black sheep of the royal family, his character steps back a little as the wicked and heartless ruler of the space. The collaboration with a twist idea is clap clap for me.
Now, I don't want to spoil the ending. Hmmmm. The only thing I can say about is, it has something to do with this blog post title. Hehe.
