Vhong Navarro faces New Rape Case filed by Roxanne Cabanero Acosta

The plot thickens.Vhong Navarro is facing another rape case from a certain Roxanne Cabanero. Who is this girl? If Deniece was allegedly raped in 1 minute and Vhong was struggling from citizen arrest, Roxanne was allegedly raped four years ago and now she is filing a rape charge against the 'It's Showtime' host with her legal counsel Atty Virgillio Batalla in the Pasig City Prosecutors Office ( Feb 19,2014). Question, Anong petsa na girl?

According to reports, Roxanne was inspired by the  courage and determination of Deniece Cornejo to face the actor. To battle for woman's right sake.The law says that rape can still be filed against someone within 20 years since the rape incident and that made Roxanne to qualify. Question, ebidensya teh?



While we are following the development of Vhong Navarro's mauling and rape case each day, we knew already that the camp of Deniece and Cedric have weaken their points when series of evidences released by the NBI did not match to their statements.

Who is Roxanne Cabanero?

She is a model and a Bb.Pilipinas 2011 candidate but then disqualified when organizers found nude photos of her spreading online. The following are the alleged photos.

According to Vhong Navarro's legal counsel, they expect such move by the other camp to press the weight of Vhong's rape case filed by Deniece. To create an impression that the actor is a rapist in nature. :)

Question. Assuming this is not a Cedric Lee movie.  Is Roxanne watching news reports? Is she not convinced with the CCTV, and yes the sweet kissing scene of Deniece and Cedric? Does she value herself?

According to her, she is only inspired by Deniece' courageous move against Vhong. Question. Ano ang pinaglalaban mo ngayong inspired ka sa kanya, ang magsinungaling? Ang umiyak sa harap ng camera at mag rap? Ang gumawa ng storya na taliwas sa CCTV footage? O baka naman gusto mo lang ng Wine and Foods?

Update: Tony Calvento shared on his facebook page a copy of Roxanne's Complaint Affidavit from Pasig City Prosecution Office.

In the affidavit, Roxanne was one of the BB Pilipinas candidates who guested in Showtime. After the show, a staff from the program talked to her that Vhong wanted to get her number. Vhong then texted her at around 10:30pm saying that he is going to pick her up from her hotel (Astoria Plaza Ortigas) and they both agreed to go outside for a coffee.

Inside the car, Vhong allegedly put his arm on her legs as they drove around Ortigas and started to caress private parts. She told Vhong that she is not comfortable and she didn't want what Vhong was doing. He accordingly pulled her neck to do oral sex. She was helpless and could not fight Vhong's force which led him to enter his penis on her vagina after Vhong forcibly pulled her shorts down.

Vhong then dropped her in front of the hotel's entrance and warning her that something bad will happen to her if she will divulge their secret. Read the complete affidavit here

Hmmm. I bet CCTVs were functioning and eventually stored clips in a storage device. So, NBI must redo again their best effort to retrieve these footage from Astoria, Convenience Store, and yes on the hotel's elevator. Maybe we could see a smiling RAPE VICTIM once again.
