PHOTOS: Maring turns parts of Manila into Water World

Tropical Depression Maring is accelerating its strength into a storm while moving toward Japan. It is affecting major parts of Mania and the northern part of Luzon. Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) said Maring will remain in the country's area of responsibility for three days.
